Q. When can I expect to receive my purchases?
Each item is hand painted following receipt of the order, and delivery currently ranges from 4 to 6 weeks. Expedited arrangements are possible at an extra cost, please contact us with special requests.

Q. Are you able to deliver multiple item orders (wedding party) in a timely manner.
Yes, please provide as much advance notice as possible.
Q. What methods of payments do you accept?
We use Google checkout for order processing. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal are among the accepted methods.
Q. How are your shoes sized?
The shoes are sized using the US shoe measurement system. You can find a conversion chart here. Shoes run true to size and half size.
Q. What widths are available?
Widths vary with the style selected. Some designs are available in medium only, while selected styles are also available in narrow and wide widths. This will be indicated in the product description, and will also be included in the drop down menu for size selection.
Q. What material is used in the uppers of your shoes?
The uppers are made from Italian silk satin.
Q. What materials are used in the soles of your shoes?
The soles are leather, unless otherwise indicated.
Soles designated as “Vegan”, are composed of a durable man-made material used as a substitute for products derived from animals.
Q. How durable is the artwork on your shoes? Will it run, crack, peel, etc?
The artwork is applied with very high quality professional acrylic artist colors. It has been subjected to rain, snow, heat, cold, and other conditions likely to be encountered in normal use. It has proven to be very durable. Treating your hand painted shoes with the same reasonable care and respect that you would extend to any high quality footwear will provide many years of enjoyment from them.
Q. How will my shoes and accessories be packaged? (see packaging

Your shoes and accessories will arrive in B. Gall Designs custom packaging.
Shoes are packaged in a cobalt blue, B. Gall Designs legacy box. The box interior is lined with gold paper, and the product is packed with gold tissue paper. Each shoe comes separately packaged in it’s own gold, silk travel bag, embroidered with the B. Gall Designs logo.
Q. What if my shoes don’t fit?
B. Gall designs will provide a merchandise credit only, for shoes returned in original condition, and in original packaging within 10 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Q. How will my purchases be delivered?
Products are normally shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail, to destinations within the continental United States.
Q. What is the cost of normal delivery (UPS ground) within the continental US?
Normal shipping charges are $12.00 per item within the continental US, however we will combine shipping on multiple items.
Q. Is expedited shipping available?
Expedited shipping is available at extra charge, including next day.
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, via United States Postal Service / Canadian Post. There is no charge for shipping. However all other Canadian specific charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are normally collected upon delivery.
Q. Do you ship to international locations?
Yes. The cost of international shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
